When you submit an appointment request, estimate request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN), insurance information, description of the damage and any photos you upload.
Like most websites, our hosting server may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your request: to prepare estimates, schedule appointments, communicate with you about your vehicle and, at your request, communicate with your insurance company.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sharing
We may share information with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to assist with a claim, with service providers that help us operate this website and email (under confidentiality obligations), or when required by law.
Your California privacy rights

Data retention & security
Copies of form submissions (including photos) are kept on our server for up to 6 months and then deleted automatically. Information in our email and business records is kept only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information; however, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
