Where is CaliCraft Collision located?

We are located at 10923 Randall St, Ste B, Sun Valley, CA 91352, in the San Fernando Valley. We serve drivers across the Greater Los Angeles area — including Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, Studio City, Van Nuys, Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles.

How does the online estimate work?

Fill out our online estimate form with your vehicle’s year, make and model, describe the damage and upload a few photos. We review them and reply with an approximate estimate within 24 hours. The final price is confirmed after an in-person inspection.

Can I choose my own body shop if my insurance recommends another one?

Yes. In California, insurance companies cannot require you to use a specific repair shop (California Insurance Code §758.5). You have the right to choose CaliCraft Collision.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. We work with you through insurance estimates, damage documentation, supplements and repair paperwork to make the process as simple as possible.

How long will my repair take?

Repair time depends on the extent of the damage, parts availability and insurance approval. After inspecting your vehicle, we give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated.

Will the new paint match my car?

We use your vehicle’s factory paint code, precision color matching and blending into adjacent panels so the repair blends seamlessly with the original finish.

What is paintless dent repair?

Paintless dent repair (PDR) removes qualifying minor dents by reshaping the metal from behind the panel — without filler or repainting — so your original factory paint is preserved.

What types of vehicles do you repair?

We repair everyday vehicles as well as luxury automobiles — cars, SUVs and light trucks — with the same level of care and precision.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — appointments are booked by phone. Call 747-966-7575 (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, Sat 9 AM–3 PM), or start with a free online photo estimate.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free — in person at our shop or online from photos. We reply to online estimate requests within 24 hours.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on our repairs. Ask us for the warranty details when you pick up your vehicle.

Which insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies — including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, Farmers, AAA, Mercury, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide and USAA.

Do you offer towing, a rental car or pickup and delivery?

Yes. Call us at 747-966-7575 and we’ll help arrange towing, a rental car, and pickup and delivery of your vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards and checks. We do not offer financing.

Should I get my car inspected even if the damage looks small?

Yes. Modern vehicles absorb impact energy in hidden structures — brackets, reinforcements, sensors and mounts behind the bumper cover. A proper inspection ensures nothing is missed and protects your safety.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?

No. Under California law (Insurance Code §758.5), insurers cannot require you to use a specific repair shop. You can choose CaliCraft Collision for your repair.

How long does collision repair take?

It depends on the extent of the damage, parts availability and insurance approval. After inspecting your vehicle we give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout the repair.

Can you repair a panel instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. When a panel can be repaired properly we repair it — it keeps more of the original factory structure. When replacement is the better and safer option, we explain why.

Will the repaired area match the rest of my car?

We use precision color matching and blending into adjacent panels so the repaired area matches the rest of your vehicle under different lighting.

How do you match my car’s paint color?

We start from your vehicle’s factory paint code, then fine-tune the formula and spray test panels to account for the age and condition of the existing paint. The new paint is blended into adjacent panels for a seamless result.

Can you fix a peeling clear coat?

Yes. Peeling clear coat must be removed and the area properly prepared before refinishing — simply spraying over it will not last. We will inspect it and recommend the right approach.

Does paintless dent repair work on every dent?

No. PDR works best on shallow dents where the paint is undamaged. Deep dents, sharp creases, cracked paint or damage on panel edges usually require traditional body repair and refinishing.

Is PDR cheaper than traditional dent repair?

For qualifying dents it is often more affordable and faster, because there is no body filler, primer or paint involved.

Should I repair or replace my bumper?

Minor scuffs, scratches and small cracks can usually be repaired. Large tears, multiple broken tabs or damage to internal reinforcements usually mean replacement. We inspect and recommend the most cost-effective safe option.

Will the new bumper match my paint?

Yes. Every bumper we repair or replace is refinished with precision color matching.

Can I choose CaliCraft Collision even if my insurer suggests another shop?

Yes. California Insurance Code §758.5 prohibits insurers from requiring you to use a particular repair shop. You choose who repairs your vehicle.

What if more damage is found after repairs start?

Hidden damage is common. We document it with photos and submit a supplement to your insurance company for approval before continuing.
